Drag and Drop to Facebook album?

I'm a new user who tested several DAMs almost a year ago and decided on iMatch - and am just now getting around to actually implementing it.  One weird thing that I remember bothered me during testing (which I didn't experience with other DAMs) and is bothering me now as I start using it is that drag and drop to a facebook album doesn't seem to work.  I select the photos in imatch, I drag them to the facebook window where it says to drop files for upload - I see the cursor change to the one normally expected when this function is about to be activated... yet - nothing.  Am I doing something wrong, or does imatch simply work differently than other programs when handing off the files?  I've been getting around this by dragging and dropping my chosen pictures to an 'upload' folder, selecting them all then dragging and dropping to facebook, then clearing out the upload folder so it's ready for next time - but that obviously seems unnecessary.  I feel like I actually DID figure out how to do this when I was testing but for the life of me can't get this working now.  Any help is much appreciated!

IMatch supports all common Windows drag & drop protocols. You can drop files from IMatch e.g. to Windows Explorer for copy/move, to Photoshop or other applications to open them, to icons on the Taskbar to launch the application with the dropped files etc.

I have no issues dragging files from IMatch to the Facebook Album upload page ("Ready to add something?").
Maybe try a different browser?

When I connect my Android phone to the PC I also can not drag and drop to/from a folder inside
the phone into Imatch.  I too have to copy first to a folder on the PC and then from there to Imatch.

I recall that I investigated this and I tried some software which would make the Android folders
behave like windows folders. I did not find a working solution.

I'm not familiar with facebook folders but this seems like the same problem.

A lot of security comes into play in this situation. Dragging files "into" IMatch where? To index them? To copy/move them?
A connected smart phone may appear like any other folder, but it is not. I would recommend you use the plain Windows downloader (part of Windows Photo) or Windows Explorer to first transfer the files from your phone into the Windows file system, and then drag them into IMatch from there.
