Coming from Capture One and previously Lightroom, I'm used to ITPC Content, ITPC Image, and ITPC Status field groups being easily found. When in iMatch I can bring up the EXIF data and there's a ton of stuff there but I don't see ITPC data. I think ITPC is separate from EXIF but I have no idea where to find it in iMatch. I use these fields all the time for just about every photo in Capture One. I use IPC Image->Headline, ITPC Image->Description, ITPC Image->City, ITPC Image->State, and others.

How do I find these to edit them?

EXIF and IPTC are different things. EXIF metadata contains technical data about the image, like aperture and shutter speed.
IPTC metadata is used to describe the image, add titles, descriptions etc.

To make things more complicated for normal people, there are several sets of metadata named "IPTC":

+ legacy IPTC (IIM, declared as retired mabye 15 years ago, but still in use)
+ IPTCCore (part of XMP metadata)
+ IPTCExt (also part of XMP metadata)

(See Metadata Storage and the IPTC web site for more info).

IMatch supports all types of IPTC data.
You can see the data in your files in the the Metadata Panel.

- the "Default" metadata panel layout shows frequently used tags, including headline, title and description from IPTCCore.
- when you switch the Metadata Panel layout to "IPTC Metadata" you see all frequently used IPTC and IPTCExt tags.
- when you switch the Metadata Panel layout to "IPTC Core/Ext" you see all IPTC and IPTCExt tags (lots!)
- when you switch the Metadata Panel to the "Browser" layout, you see all metadata IMatch has imported from your files.

Note: Legacy IPTC data (except for some abandoned fields) is mapped to IPTC XMP information by rules defined by the IPTC.
IMatch automatically propagates IPTC data between legacy IPTC and XMP IPTC when it finds legacy IPTC data in your files.
