Tree Structure Mirroring - Between IMatch Categories & Hierarchical Keywords

Suppose:
IMatch Categories and the Hierarchical Keywords both have a tree, like this: 

-Private Keywords
----Photo Composition
------Things
------Actors
------Actresses

I, now, decide to change, just the Hierarchical Keywords (under the @Keywords branch), to be:

-Private Keywords
----Photo Composition
------WHAT
--------Things
------WHEN
------WHERE
------WHO
--------Actors
--------Actresses
------WHY

So, at this stage of the game, I, now, have the Hierarchical Keywords, as I want them!  However, the IMatch Categories still retain the old tree, that I want modified, to reflect, that of the keywords.  Is there a convenient and handy way to achieve this end, without having, to manually and laboriously, go through the same exact steps, all over again, as they were done, in changing the keywords?

Not really. And it would also cause data-duplication, which is not desirable.
Let @Keywords automatically manage your keywords, and use categories for other purposes, if you have those.

You could write an custom app. Or cook up some sort of CSV export of @keyword categories and then import into categories via the category import.
But that's a consulting job for a developer, not something one can answer in a community post.
