Sort Profile->File Format (Descending Instead Of Ascending)

...It can be seen, that my selected sort preset is File Formatf - sorting by:  File Format & File Name, both ascending. 

There are four files in the file window:
...File #1 is a PNG. 
...File #s 2,3 are PDFs. 
...File #3 is ZIP file. 

From this, I would conclude that this preset isn't sorting correctly, in ascending order, with respect to the file type.  Because, the 1st file to be displayed in the file window is a PNG, which chronologically, should come after the two PDF files. 

So, what is wrong here?

IMatch uses numerical file format ids, not the extension.
If you want to sort by the file extension, setup your sort profile to use the extension, not the numerical file format id.
