Is there a way to merge keywords in a way so that keyword B becomes a synonym of keyword A?

Mario

With merging you mean you have keyword A and keyword B.
And now you want to have all files with keyword B have keyword A instead?
This is easily doable via The @Keywords Category
Then just add B as a synonym to A in your thesaurus.

Mayb I was not clear enough: better (real life) example:
I have 2 separate keywords:
- Gimpel
- Dompfaff

"Dompfaff" is a synonym to Gimpel. I want to become the keyword "Dompfaff" a synonym of keyword "Gimpel" and "Dompfaff" as separate keyword should be gone.
Working with @Keywords Category is in my case IMHO a not so comfortable workaround.

Mario

1. Select all files in @Keywords....|Dompfaff and move them to @Keywords|...Gimpel.
2. Delete @Keywords....|Dompfaff
3. Remove the keyword Dompfaff in your thesaurus and add a Dompfaff synonym to Gimpel.

The whole operation should take a minute, I would guess?
There is no even simpler way to merge two keywords and then introduce a new synonym for a former keyword.
