Are Keyword favorites temporary?

I had chosen some keywords for the favorites window within the Keyword panel.  I went to use them again today, but the favorites window was now blank.  Is choosing keywords for the favorites window in the panel a temporary selection that resets when you restart?

Persistent.
Just created some new keyword favorites, closed and reopened IMatch 3 times, the favorites are still there.
