Deleted Files

My workflow consists of importing a batch of raw files into IMatch.  I then go to Capture One to take a closer look and I may delete many files from within Capture One.

Obviously when I go back to IMatch these files are marked as missing with yellow exclamation mark.

My question is what is best way to remove these entries in IMatch.
I found 2 methods:

1st is just to re scan the folder - seems easy
2nd is to manually use the remove from database command

Is there a recomended method to use or avoid?

Rescanning the folder checks for new and updated files and brings them into the database.
If the scan was user-initiated (not caused by Windows sending a "folder modified" message), off-line files are removed.
This is the best workflow in your case. And faster than selecting all offline files and removing them via the context menu.
