I am working my way through the universal thesaurus help page and looking at this section:

Adding Tags to the Thesaurus
The thesaurus manages entries, which correspond to metadata tags. Each entry contains any number of elements, organized in any number of levels. For new databases, the thesaurus contains only an entry - for the hierarchical keywords metadata tag.

If the metadata tag for which you want to edit data is not in the Thesaurus Manager entry list, proceed as follows:

Close the Thesaurus Manager
Switch to the Metadata Panel and load a layout which includes the metadata tag for which you want to create an entry in the thesaurus.

The Browser layout shows all metadata tags for the selected file.

Right-click that tag and add one initial element to the thesaurus via the Add to thesaurus command (F6). This will automatically add a matching entry for the metadata tag if none exists.
Open the Thesaurus Manager again and select the newly added entry from the list at the top.

When I try to follow the highlighted instruction, the list shown in the attachment appears. I do not get "Add to Thesaurus".

Am I misising something (other a brain)?

Click in the value field for creator. A drop-down button should appear at the end of the field. Click on it to open the menu:

Alternatively, <F6> also works when the input field has the focus.

Thanks Mario - I clearly had missed something, but the instruction in Help Right-click that tag would therefore appear to be incorrect - I will send feedback fromthe help page.  Also this does not happen:

Open the Thesaurus Manager again and select the newly added entry from the list at the top.  (quote from help )

The Thesaurus manager is unchanged after F6 or the drop down menu.
