Buying imatch

Hi,

i tried to buy imatch this evening but neighter
ordering via paypal nor via creditcard work.

Is there something wrong at the moment with
share*it ?

Maybe i try it tommorow again,
but i donĀ“t want to get 10 Licenses on Sunday :)

I'm not involved in selling IMatch, that's all handled by my distributor share-it.

You don't give details about what did not work (their shop system failing? Payment processing failing? Did you see error messages or something)?
I'm not aware of any problems with share-it, at least I did not get any emails from other users. share-it / Digital River is usually very reliable. I know that they are currently updating their systems in order to handle the many chances required by the EU in January, but order processing should not be affected by that.

Did you try to contact share-it via their support portal (email, phone)?

Hi Mario,

thank you for your prompt reply. I tried it in the meantime (two minutes ago :)) again
with success.

It seems that with firefox it not works correct (maybe dueto noscript?),
so i tried Chrome and it works fine.

Hoping this help others to.

Yes, When you lock down your browser (blocking session cookies, preventing JavaScript from running) you will run into problems with most shop systems.
