Categorize and .........

I'm categorizing my files using What, When, Where, Who, and Why. I know that their other things I could be doing as I  categorize my files.  I read through the six: how other users are working with IMatch. I know all of this depends on what I am going to do with my files but would some of you are doing as you  categorize your files. Like do you use the Viewer, Editing Metadata and Keywords,  Filter Pnael, Metadata Templates, Review and Culling, Renaming and Distributing Files like running a Renamer preset to rename all files., Integrating Other Applications, What are your File Naming Conventions, the Viewer, do you Annotations and how do make Annotations, again Review and Culling, a example of File Naming, The Universal Thesaurus, and last but not least Claude has created a Metadata Template which is automatically applied by IMatch when he imports new files into his database.,  Favorites are another IMatch time-saver feature,

If you use one of these please give me step by step how to

Also when you add an attachment can you get the attachment to show in up in your text? Are will it only show at the bottom of your text?
