Import&Export / Batchprocessor can use the cache file if the image is offline

It could be helpful in some situations, when the batch processor works with the cache file when the images are offline.

Maybe you are showing some pictures with your notebook and only the cache is present. The images are offline, because you don't have the external disk with the images on hand. And then you are asked for one or more of your images. Then you will maybe reduce the resolution and delete the metadata.
