Collection View (Recently Viewed)

As is, IMatch provides these view options under Collections->Recently Viewed:
Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, Last Three Months

So, let's say, three days from now, I want to find what files I viewed in the "Quick View" three days ago.  Can this be don?  If so, then how?

This would fall into "this week".

Yes, I know, three days ago falls into the "This Week" category.  However, selecting this category shows files relevant to all seven days of the week, whereas all I want are the files from the specific day, which is three days ago.  How do I restrict the scope to reflect only this day?

Not possible. You have today, yesterday and this week. There are no other collections. I would have mentioned if there would be a switch which allows you to fulfill your rather special requirement.

If you really need to find all files you have looked at exactly 3 days ago, you can write a script which uses the FileHistory class to determine when a file was last viewed and then add the files to a category or collection or just open them in a result window.

You could also look "last week" and then simply check the history, there it should be written.

If you want do this only once and you have not tons of images, this would be the easiest way, I guess.

Sinus, thanks for telling me where to look!  That was helpful!  Mario, can these attributes in the FileHistory class be accessed in any way besides scripting?  (For instance, in the sorting profiles, the metadata/value filter panel, or via a data driven category)

The history is only accessible via the History Panel and scripting.
