Category Tabs

I have created five category tabs but now I want to change some of them. How can I do this  and/or delete some of them?

Click on the cog wheel (rightmost icon on the menu/icons bar) and you can either turn off the visibility of category tabs or change the category tab. You can't really delete/clear a tab once defined, only set it visibility to off or change it as far as I can tell right now.
