Hi Mario,
I figured out how to do a force update on video files so the thumbnail is animated.
How do I show the video length near the thumbnail as in your release notes? (#00104)
Is that the file duration attribute?  If so, how do I implement that?

Also, in version 5.8.4, I had "Categories (user)" in the App panel in the upper right; when I clicked on a photo, all the categories I had assigned to it would show in that app panel.
That is missing now....How do I get that back?

Sorry, I haven't used IMatch in about 6 months, but I want to support your software.  I'm kinda rusty...

File Window Layouts now support the Duration attribute. Just include it in one of your file window layouts, in the header or the footer, wherever you want. If you have not yet worked with file window layouts, please see the IMatch help for details on how you create your own layouts, duplicate and change existing layouts etc. You can find the information about file window layouts directly in the file window help topic.

All the old aps are gone. They were implemented using BASIC.

You can see categories in the

1. Category Panel,

2. File Categories Panel (shows you the categories for all selected files)

3. The new Category Dashboard App.
