Restore backup with different windows-username

Due to a conflict between Windows 10-1803 update and Adobe Acrobat i was forced to reinstall my whole pc. For the first time i installed Windows with use of my microsoft-account. Microsoft chooses the windows-username automatically and it can't be changed (as far as i know).

So now i have a windows-username that is different from the one i had, when the iMatch backup was made. Restoring the backup works, but still i'm missing a lot of settings (metadata-settings, viewwindow settings etc.).

Is there a way to get them back?

This allows you to "map" the settings from your old user name to whatever user name you use now.
