How to search in annotations

I've added names of people in annotations.
I'm trying to do a search on a name in annotations using the "quick search" at the top of the file window. I'm using "search everywhere". I'm not getting any results... are the annotations included in "search anywhere" ?

You cannot search annotation tags. This is such a rarely used feature.
Use keywords for your face annotations. That's the proper way to do it and will also make them searchable.
