Offline help

Hello community,

while reading the release notes for IMatch 2020 (2020.2.2) I did not understand entry #00970 (Optional Locally Installed Help System) in connection with #00956 (IMatch Help System). The first one says there is an offline help system and the other one says that there is no offline help system.

Is the first one maybe the new html-zip version (easier to maintain/update?) and the second one the help-exe-installer version?

The old help system app is gone (to complex to maintain, only very few users).

To simplify everything, I've modified the official IMatch Help System (https://www.photools.com/help/imatch/) so it can run on your tiny, cheap, little computers
