SSD Disk Storage (Service Host Defragmenter)

I apologize that this might be a bit off topic in this forum, but it's about electronic storage, and I just wanted to get opinions. 
I'm on a Windows 10, 64-bit installation, with a 2TB SSD storage.  Every month or so, Windows 10 insists on activating "Service Host Defragmenter", in the background when I'm not using the PC.  Can this actually be detrimental and harmful to an SSD?  (as I've heard that you're not supposed to defragment an SSD)

I don't think Windows actually "defragments" SSDs in the classical sense, but rather does other maintenance like "TRIM" to optimize performance.

All modern operating systems recognize SSDs as what they are. I would not worry about the maybe misleading name of the service. As Carlo wrote, there are some maintenance tasks that actually help to maintain the SSDs performance. But this has nothing to do with the shuffling of data blocks known from hars disks.
