Slow to load

I am in trial phase

Functionality has met all my needs, however there are occasions when i have to wait approx 20 seconds whilst images "load"
this occurs when I access whole (or large part of ) 130 000 image database through Media & Folders or @keywords.

Is this something i have to live with? Or is there something i can do?

You are loading images where? Into a File Window? Into the Viewer?
20 seconds is a lot. Or do you load 130,000 files at once into a File Window?

Please:

1. Provide machine specs
2. Switch to debug logging via Help > Support > Debug Logging
3. Do whatever you think is slow.
4. ZIP and attach the log file. See log file for more info.

This will show us how IMatch is performing and which operations take how long.

I am loading images into File Window (sometimes 130 000 at once)

IMatch loads a the file window in between 5 and 11 seconds.
Loading 25,000 files from a scope of ~120,000+ (search bar? filter?) takes about 10 seconds.
That's not that bad, rally.

Do you use a complex layout with icons, metadata, maybe variables?
Try a simpler layout perhaps.
