Dear community,
I have an odd problem which you hopefully can help me to solve:
Yesterday I imported some hundred files into IMatch: standard scan, did not check it afterwards, just closed the database. Today I opened the program, looked into the folders - none of those displayed an image. As there was an update for IMatch available, I installed it, rebooted the computer (win 10) still no image. I did several scans, forced update whatsoever. I used the file verifier which returned "checksum error". Repeatedly forced update did not change it. I ran a database diagnostics - no errors. Files still not displayed neither in grid view nor the viewer.
Lightroom handles them without problems, windows tools as well. I attach the log file (hopefully the correct version).
Any idea what to do?
Many thanks, Dirk

You should provide more specific information.

iMatch log file in debug mode, screen shots, what types of files did you import, filters active, did you do a forced rescan (Shift-Ctrl-F5), etc
"It doesn't work" doesn't give Mario anything to work with.

The log file just shows an IMatch start.
No files are scanned, so we don't know which files are processed, if there any errors etc.

Switch IMatch to debug logging (se log file) and then force an update of some of the problem files with

- select the files in a File Window
- press Shift+Ctrl+F5 and use "Force Update"

if IMatch encounters any problems while processing the files, this should produce log entries.
ZIP and attach the resulting log file.

Thanks for the feedback - I did as you advised, took some screen shots.
"Screen-file-window" is my standard-view. One thing to note: the size of the files could not be determined by IMatch the 0x0 given in the title of each file should be the image size in pixel (Nikon D500, 5500x3600px something). Once I hit <CR> to open full size view "screen-full-file-window" displays.
Did forced update as described, no change. Then I applied the Verifier to all 15 files in the folder -> "Screen-after-Verifier". After that I did another forced update, no change. Logfile and Screenshots attached.
Hope this enables you to solve it.

Many thanks in advance, Dirk

I see many messages "Skipping cache creation for file ... due to size restrictions"

This indicates that you have configured IMatch to not process files above a certain size and that the size of your NEF files is larger than that.
This is the Maximum file size (MB) under Edit > Preferences > Cache. The default is 0, which means that IMatch can process any files.

Dear Mario,
thats it - I don't recall to have set it to any value. Setting it to 0 and rescan, everything is fine.
Many thanks, "just" need to know it. Great. Great program anyway.
Have nice day, many thanks, Dirk
