How to remove an Unknown Person?

How do I train face detection that a sheep is not human? The sheep was beautiful however it wasn't my wife. I removed her name but it's still shown as an Unknown Person. If I say ignore face it still thinks it's a face.

An ignored face is still a face => unknown person.
If you don't the face, just delete the face annotation in the Viewer. See Delete Face Annotations
