Metadata Analyst App- where can I find it?

I have some metadata issues. I tried to find the Metadata Analyst App. I can't find it in the App Manager or elsewhere. I'm running iMatch 2019.8.4. Isn't the Metadata Analyst available for that version? Can I download/ add it?

IMatch 2019 is outdated and support for this legacy product ended on August 31. 2020.

The Metadata Analyst is a feature of IMatch 2020 and needs IMatch 2020 to run.
