Track Log Import - Automatic Timeline Matching

Reading the release notes for the upcoming version 2020.11.2 I realized there will be a new feature "Track Log Import - Automatic Timeline Matching".
Just curious, how does it work? Based on what criteria does IMatch calculate the time shift required to match the track timeline and the file timeline?

It just matches the earliest entry in the track log with the earliest file in the selection.
Basically the same you would do manually. Just a small convenience feature.
If the first file in the track is 10:10 and the first file in the selection is 12:10, the suggested offset will be 2 hours. Saves the user a calculation.
