Questions about the filter panel

Question 1:
I have defined a Value Filter and then saved it using the "Save the active Filter..." button. After saving, I have hidden the Value Filter again.

How can I view or change the settings of the previously saved filter "Ute" (see "Attachment") again?

Question 2:
What does the green button "Load the selected filter..." do?
Unfortunately I did not find a sufficient description in the IM Help.

Red saves the current filter panel settings under a name.
Red loads a saved filter by name back into the Filter panel (so you can see what it contains).
You can apply saved filters by selected them in the Filter Manager at the top.

Load Ute, check, change when needed, save again as Ute.

Unfortunately I did not find a sufficient description in the IM Help.
