I'm making a Memory Dump File available for your analysis at this link

I was simply in the process of cut-and-paste of 15 or so small-sized image files between folders.

Is this problem reproducible?
The crash happened in the CEF browser component (the Chromium browser running in App Panels and service apps).
I see fairly large number of browser error messages in the CEF_Log:

Access to script at 'file:///C:/__OLD-PC/User/__Media%20Files/Desktop/Save%20Web%20Pages%20(for%20BID)/atKdmkey9Ul.js' from origin 'null' has been blocked by CORS policy: Cross origin requests are only supported for protocol schemes: http, data, chrome, chrome-extension, chrome-untrusted, https.", source: file:///C:/__OLD-PC/User/__Media%20Files/Desktop/Save%20Web%20Pages%...

You can find the names of the HTML files in the CEF log.
Did you have the QuickView Panel open while indexing HTML files and do you have enabled the preview of HTML pages?
In that case, the browser / CORS security in IMatch will block access to JavaScripts running in the HTML files you browse, for security reasons.
Maybe this was too much of there are some "issues" in your HTML files, like malicious scripts or something?
