NOTES App: Show where it stores in header

I use the NOTES App a lot to fill DESCRIPTION or Imatch Notes. It happens frequently that I end up storing
in the wrong place. I would like to see the storage location in the header of the app - see mock-up.

I think it would also be good to be able to store into TITLE.

(Even better would be a radio button to select the storage place right on the main window!!)

How can you end up storing it in the wrong place?
You usually configure once where to store the Notes, and that's either the Description tag or a dedicated Attribute.

Do you switch between these two storage schemes and why?

(Yes I do switch between the two. I use the notes when I want to print/show different text than that in the description.
Often this is a change in language.)
