New Detailed Layout in People View?

One of the new features in IM 2023 is 'New Detailed Layout in People View' #01744. For some reason I'm unable to find the view shown in the release notes. This is different from what's seen in the People Editor.  I'm apparently missing something.

This view is dynamic and looks slightly different, depending on how much data you have filled in per person.
Setup one of your person with all details, from groups to families to all properties filled.
When you then cycle the layouts in the People View, the detailed layout should show a lot of data for this person. And less for other persons which don't have many properties filled.
