Filtering tag value

I have searched the filter help page, but cannot find how to do this.
I want to filter a tag with a specific value.  For instance the value United Kingdom in the tag Composite\MWG-Country\Country\0.

Tip: IMatch already groups your files by county in the "IMatch Standard Categories > Images > Location" category hierarchy.

You can also just search for United Kingdom in the File Window search bar. Make sure the Location group is enabled in the drop-down menu (What to Search).

To filter by country is also easy. Enable a Metadata Value Filter and select the Country tag from the drop-down list.
Then click on United Kingdom in the results list. If United Kingdom is not listed, no file in the File Window has that value in the country tag.
