Hi

I am new to imatch so sorry if I missed something obvious.
I was trying to customize the metadata panel and looking for a file size tag. I'm used to having the file name followed by file location followed by file size information at the beginning of the metadata panel and was looking to reproduce the same thing in imatch.
But I can't find a file size tag when customizing the panel. The only thing I found is "Extra\FileSize\FileSize\0". But it doesn't work it doesn't show any data in the metadata panel.
How to have file size in the metadata panel?

If by File Size you mean the size of the file on disk, then I do not believe there is a way to display it in a metadata panel as there isn't a metadata tag for it.  It is not metadata about the image and would vary based upon the underlying file system - hence I don't think any standards group put it into a spec.  There is a variable for it (File.Size) so it can be displayed in a file window.

If you want the image size in terms of dimensions and megapixel that is available.

If you really want to display file size on disk as metadata, there is a way.   You would choose an unused metadata tag for it, copy the variable 'File.Size' into that tag on indexing through a metadata template and then it would be available in a metadata panel.  But, it would become out-of-date if the file size changed after being indexed into iMatch.

I hope that is helpful.
