With the previous and now the latest version 2023 8.6, I have not been able to change the folder size. I tried using windows accessibility for a larger font and there was no change with the preference option set to "yes". Disabling the accessibility option and changing the size from tiny to XXL, still no change.

I don't understand. IMatch has not setting to change the size (font?) of tree controls. You can select normal or large icons only.
IMatch responds to the Windows text scaling Accessibility > Text Size ("Make Text Bigger") in the control panel, though. Not sure if this was available on Windows 10.

Here is the Media & Folders tree control at normal (100%) and 150% text scaling:

I should have said that when the folder increases in size, so does the font. I don't know why, but scaling works now where it didn't yesterday

Thank you!

Quotewhen the folder increases in size, so does the font.
I don't understand this sentence, sorry.

The icons are not getting larger, but the description (folder name) font size increases. Just like whats seen in your screen shot, the one on the right.

My very confusing language, I'm afraid!

IMatch currently offers small (16px) and large (32px) icons for tree controls.
You can configure that via Edit > Preferences > Application. The bitmaps don't grow automatically if you change the font size, if this is what you expect.

Converting these icons to vectors and matching the font size is part of the ongoing face lift with experimental mode, if you follow that.
