Can the GPS icon be included in the collections?

Mario

You mean a collection with files having GPS data?

You can create a data-driven category on one of the GPS tags to get a category with all files having GPS data...

That answer came 65 second after my message ...

I have the data driven category, but unless it is technically impossible, I think it would make sense to include the in the collections. Not really critical though.

Imo it makes more sense to create a Filter on a GPS tag.
In this way you can select images with GPS data and eg show them on the map, or invert the filter and have images you need to add GPS data to.
Simple use is to select eg a city in your Where category, and using the filter find images with GPS data near the images without GPS data.

It makes not much sense to duplicate functionality. What can you do with a collection what you cannot do with a data-driven category? And if you get a "files with GPS data" collection, the next user wants a collection for all files having a location. Or for all files with a camera maker note. Or all files with a non-empty MP3 artist, ...

With data-driven categories users can do all this easily, and without adding more and more collections. Collections are intended to automatically manage certain attributes for you.
