problem with postal mask and region mask

After updating to the latest version of imatch, I can no longer get a postal code together with citymask.
I use [city] [pc] I also use Region [state], but on til now with no luck.
I also have moved Imatch to a new computer using 'PackandGo', this worked fine, except some minor issues 
I have api for Google and Bing and is also register in Geonames  
So..is it because of the version or the move to a computer ?

You upgraded from which version? 2023, 2021, even older?

Do you mean the masks you can use to format the city, state and location under Edit > Preferences > Geo & Maps?
Where did you look for the city name? Location Shown? Location Created?

Use the Metadata Panel layout "6. IPTC Location", not some out-of-date city names, composite names or many of the other "city" tags floating around in various metadata standards.

If you have upgraded from the several year out-of-date 2021 version, make sure you read the IMatch 2023 what's new and all release notes. A lot has changed in the past years in the way location data is handled in metadata and IMatch. See See https://www.photools.com/community/index.php/topic,13248.0.html for a start.

I'm not aware of any change in how IMatch processes the mask during reverse geocoding.
Please provide an example (coordinate pair), tell us which service you have used for your test, what the results in the "6. IPTC Location" Metadata layout are etc.

I've made some quick checks and the masks are applied (e.g. the default [pc][city]), to either shown or created location as desired.

ok, I wil try better:
I updated my old pc with the latest version of Imatch 2023.14.2. Using 'Pack & Go' to back up on old pc and download the same version of Imatch to my new pc. Using the 'Restore' option in 'Pack & Go' on the new pc.
My workspaces that I use, did not show op on my new pc, and the option [city] work, but the option [pc] does not. All my options in the 'Geo & Maps' are the same. As far as I can see 
I am not sure if this mean anything, but on my old pc Metadata layout are '6 Darwin Core', on my new pc Metadata layout are '6 IPTC Location', same version of Imatch, 
Another example is on my old pc Panel Layouts '5 GPS Details', on the new pc '5 IPTC Extension'
I am not sure what I have missed in the tutorials
