Design and print don't load .jpg

Hi 
I have a problem with Design and Print tool.
.jpg files are not loaded  while .jpeg are...  Where is the problem ?

Loaded from where? If the images are included in your database, Design & Print will be able to process them.
Just tested this with two files, one with the .jpg extension and one with the .jpeg extension. Both are loaded and printed without problems.

What exactly are you doing and maybe attach the file that fails to load so I can check it here?
