Thumbnail

By mistake I deleted an image which had a normal pictorial thumbnail and restored it from the Recycle bin.  The restored thumbnail contains no image (see attachment), but the image is available in the viewer. I have tried rescanning, but without success.  How can I restore the thumbnail?

Thanks Richard.  No I did not, but have just tried it and that has done the job.
