Store db status per database rather than globally

When switching databases via Database->Open Database the current folder/file/window should be stored
and restored when the particular database is loaded the next time.

Currently it seems the settings are stored globally and not per database.
Opening a database just closed restores to the correct state. If another db is opened this info is lost it seems.

I realize this only affects users who have more than one db.
