Task bar icon state

I would like to have the task bar icon for iMatch behave like other applications, i.e. change the icon appearance instead of adding another icon for the running instance.
I regularly click on the non-active iMatch icon, just to get a message that another instance is already running.

See my screenshot where Chrome, emClient, Photoshop and Acronis all have an activated icon because they are running. iMatch has two icons, one inactive (useless when iMatch is already running) and one active (at the end of the task bar where you wouldn't look for it).

Just remove the icon and add it again. There was recently a thread on that here in the community.
I don't create this icon on your machine personally. IMatch creates only a desktop icon on install.

I think you didn't understand what I meant. Look at the two attached screenshots. In the first, none of the shown apps is running. In the second, Windows Explorer, Photoshop and iMatch are running.
Explorer and Photoshop just changed the look of their icons and if you click on the you switch to the corresponding app.
iMatch ADDS a second icon (I moved it from the right end to beside the first for demonstration). As the second, active, icon appears at the very right end as the last icon in the task bar, you tend to click on the inactive icon again to switch to iMatch, which results only in an error message. That's not a normal behaviour.
