In there I have no "Quote, Reply, Add Poll" buttons.  Ah, you moved it to "Announcements"

btw: I also get no notification on folder level, just on thread level. E.g. I enabled notify for "Announcements" but wasn't informed yesterday, when you released V5.2.2
