Entries in Add or Update Folders should persist

The Add or Update Folders panel allows the entries of various folders to be updated.
These entries are not persistent - they need to be added - rather complicated - every time.

The entered folders should remain in the list between invokations

Of course there are other ways to update folders but if this way appears as an icon and under the COMMANDS menu
it should be made more usable.  Removing icon and menu entry completely I would also find acceptable.

Only users like me who use  manual folder update (= Background indexing off)will likely find this request useful.

These entries are not persistent - they need to be added - rather complicated - every time.

This needs to be done usually only once.
When the folders are already in the database, you can just select them and then choose Rescan from the context menu.
