Faster startup

Could it be possible to configure Imatch to start faster? Maybe without loading Dictionaries and Thesaurus but keeping keyword functionality?
Any other options for configuring sart up, loading just the limited functionality the user wants (user Profiles)?

Please attach a log file (see log file in the help for details) so we can see how long IMatch takes to start and what you are doing with it.
Your post is missing even the most basic info...

- 10 seconds or one minute to load?
- What do you consider slow?
- 50,000 files or 300,000 files in your database?
- Stored on a normal hard disk, a SSD or maybe even a slow NAS box?

Loading the thesaurus is mandatory, IMatch cannot work without it. Loading a thesaurus or a dictionary takes almost no time anyway. Unless your thesaurus has tens of thousands of elements.

Switch IMatch to debug logging (Help > Support)
Close it.
Start it again.
Copy the log file, ZIP and attach.
Switch back to normal logging.

The log file will tell us details about your database, and how long each step takes during the load operation.
