Where can application settings for viewer be found

I have versioned files (CR@ & jpg) CR2 is he master.
I want to see the files in the file viewer.
When I hightlight a file and hit enter I get a message"Only one file selected and this file is the top element of a collapsed stack. IMatch opens the entire stack in the viewer.

You can change this behavior in the application setting for the Viewer "

Where is the application setting for the viewer to be found? I've looked at edit | preferences but cannot find anything in the tabs....
