Design&Print: Allow printing a book with binding on other sides but left.

This suggestion is based on the assumption that a finished book, when sent to the print shop
(probably as pdf) will be bound on the left hand side.

If one wants to have the binding on another side it could be achieved by rotating
each page 90 (180,270) degrees before outputting.

Suggestion: Have a document setting: Rotate each page before outputting by 90/180/270 degrees
