I was scanning Google for anything about IMatch. And I ran across this.  See image. Is there anything like this for IMatch 5? Something that starts you off like Step 1, Step 2 and etc right on through using IMatch.

There isn't a 'user manual' per se. Instead, Mario has put a lot of effort into the Help available from within the program. In addition, there's a lot of information available here on the IMatch 5 discussion boards (e.g., through the Search function and in specific sections like

'FAQ, Workflow, Tutorials, Tips & Tricks' https://www.photools.com/community/index.php?board=44.0

and 'How to start with IMatch 5 https://www.photools.com/community/index.php?topic=20.msg34#msg34)

and in the know-how articles on the web site:

And of course you can always ask questions here.

The image attached in your post shows something back from 2003!
Off-line, non-hyperlinked manuals are a thing of the past.

The Help menu in IMatch gives you access to all the help there is.

1. The Quick Start Guide (PDF file) which explains the first steps you're looking for and also contains very handy keyboard cheat sheets with the most frequently used commands.

2. The IMatch help system which offers help for all IMatch features at the press of <F1>.
Everything you need to know about IMatch is in there.

3. The iMatch Knowledge Base http://www.photools.com/category/imatch5/imatch-5-knowhow/

and all the other documentation mentioned by jch2103 above.

Did you read the Quick Start Guide PDF?

Did you read the First Steps topic in the IMatch help system?
It not only explains the 1., 2., 3. you're looking for but also has pointers to all other starter topics.

Did you browse the Visual Index in the help, which explains all major IMatch features with a picture and a short description?

Did you read the For IMatch 3 Users topic? If you switched from IMatch 3 to 5 just recently, this will you get up and running quickly.

There is quite a lot of information especially aimed at beginners. Have fun with it.
