I have modified the way the customer portal manages downloads.

These changes should help to avoid the problems users with 'slow' connections had occasionally.
There is now only one download option that works for all users.

If you had problems with downloads since the new portal went on-line or you are jus curious,  please download IMatch 5.7.2 again and let me know if it worked.

You don't need to install it. Just right-click the downloaded file in Windows Explorer, then Properties. Check if the digital signature of the file is valid. If this is announced as valid by Windows, the file is complete and valid.

No issues here; also about 45 seconds (Colorado).

However, the name of the downloaded file was imatch_5_7_2-25nsq9v70btk4dw1qrw3o6zdvcqpclm0.exe. That seems a bit strange...

My download stops again after ~2 minutes.
I am on a really slow connection (100kByte/s). I am on vacation and using wlan from the hotel.

Am i using the right link?
I still see two options for the download

You browser still has the old site cached.
Clear the cache of you browser and then retry.

100 KB/s is not really that much. The server delivers up to 2,000 KB/sec for each download, so there is room for improvement on your end  ;)
More important is, however, that you don't run into timeouts and that the download finally reaches your PC.

Downloaded perfectly.
Between 2.2 and 3.2 MB/s for me from Aotearoa.

Worked great - hovered around 2,000 Kbps, took around a minute or so, file properties looked good.
