Label do differ

I am working currently still with IM 5.8.4. 

I have added some Labels, but two Labels I cannot choose from the list (see attachement).
In the Collection - view they appear like in the Preferences, but I can simply not choose them.

Maybe I have too many Labels?

The menu is limited to a maximum of 20 labels.
Most applications only support 5 or 10 labels.

If you have more than 20 different XMP labels, you need to name them accordingly to bring the 20 you want to see in the menu to the top.
