Pack & Go restore problem

Please see attachments.  Restore failed because of failure to create folder.  But which folder and what should I do about it?  I am running IM2017.  The backup is from my main computer and I was attempting to restore on my laptop.  File structure is the same on computers.

Most likely a file system permission issue.

Unfortunately P&G seems to have not logged which folder?
This usually cannot happen because the folder is appended to the error message we see.
After mapping the folder from the original location to the corresponding location on the target system.
This seems to result in an empty folder name on your system ??? and hence the unhelpful error message. I have not even a log for this because this never should happen - and never did.

Just in case, I've added an extra log for this to the next version.

Extract the package to a separate folder.
Then copy each folder manually back into the 'official' location. This should show you for which folder you have no permissions.
