Red no-go covering category

This looks like its not how things should be to me  .... have the same icon on every (4) new databases I have done now over time  ... is it normal ?

The little red stop sign indicates that there is an error in the category.
This is usually a formula referring to a no longer existing category. Go down the hierarchy until you find the category in error.
