QuickTime Video Metadata Not Searchable

Consider these two metadata tags (for width/height of QuickTime Video):
{File.MD.QuickTime::ImageDesc\16\SourceImageWidth\0} x {File.MD.QuickTime::ImageDesc\17\SourceImageHeight\0}

I find that if there are QuickTime Video Files in the currently active scope, within my file window, I will get an empty result set, if I search for example, "360 AND 240", having all three parameters active - "Frequently used tags", "Search everywhere", and "Advanced Search (AND, OR, NOT...)", yet, the very same search term, "360 AND 240" entered as a Global Filter, in the "Metadata Search" Category (considering the tags:  {File.MD.QuickTime::ImageDesc\16\SourceImageWidth\0}, and {File.MD.QuickTime::ImageDesc\17\SourceImageHeight\0}) will produce a result set!

What am I doing wrong not to get a result set with a File Window Search that is set to "Search everywhere"?

After fixing bug #622 (see https://www.photools.com/release-notes/?productId=288) I can search for

2910 AND 1080 and get all video files (including QT) with HD format.

So I guess my first assumption above was right, and this was caused by everywhere not working since 2018.8.2 and the other options not searching these rarely used tags.

Yes, I guess this post is also about my last post.  I didn't mean to be redundant, was just providing more info.  Thanks, for debugging this.   :)
