Hello Mario,

Congratulations on the release of Imatch and Imatch Anywhere 2019. I have not used Imatch anywhere so far, but updated anyhow and hopefully get a chance to set it up soon.

I'm still moving all the customer portal / payment / download machinery around in the server farm. The first upgrades already in where my test cases for the new customer portal. So far it looks great.
Downloads work for the test customers, payment processing.

With IMA, everything is 6 times as complicated, because of the HOME/PRO/TEAM and the HOME Plus / PRO Plus / TEAM Plus editions. Lots of stuff going on behind the curtain to make this work easily for users.

I might actually take a few days off myself - most of the entire photools.com operation now runs on a tablet / notebook  ;)

Let me add my congrats as well Mario... your dedication to the users here in the community (and I'm sure via PM to others) is always above and beyond... add your willingness to learn new technologies and incorporate features to make your products better... I can't say enough THANK YOU's for all your hard work.  PLEASE take some time off... it is very well deserved!~!!

BTW: Just (happily) purchased IMA2019, updated IM2019 and all went well!

Installed IMatch 2019 using the installer App, worked a charm as usual.  :)

Purchased IMatch Anywhere upgrade... still to install. Better wrap some presents rather than fiddling with IMWS!

  • Installed using update app; no problems at all.
  • Purchased the IMA upgrade.

Updater worked smooth. Installed the trial of IMA for the first time, lets give it a shot.

Excellent! The update works well. I went into developer mode and checked the updater app which now works properly! Merry Christmas!

Thank you Mario! Nice Christmas present! I had an initial issue with the install, but because of slow/problematic internet connection while traveling. Second effort went without an issue.

Congratulations on the Release of IMatch and IMatch Anywhere 2019!  And thank you so much for the exceptional tools, and for the un-matched support.

The upgrade to IMatch 2019 went perfectly.  I have been an IMatch-only user, and just purchased IMatch Anywhere now as well.  One of my New Year's resolutions is to really learn IMatch (there's just so much there), and to learn, and properly incorporate, IMatch Anywhere.

@Mario, Great - I am looking forward to the new IMA.  If only providers of software were as conscientious as you, computers might be enjoyable as well as useful - many thanks for another year of pristine service.
