Sort Attributes II

Mario regarding the now solved Sort Attributes thread I have a question.

On my machine clicking the gear button in the attributes panel does open the preferences dialog at the Edit Attributes section.  However from that point if I click Browse to edit a global attribute set, in the next dialog where I can add or delete entries the gear icon there (as shown in my screen shot in the solved thread) does nothing.  Is it supposed to?

I can verify the sort works for me in 116.

The Browser uses the same 'control' as the Attribute panel.
I cannot disable the configure option because this would also disable the menu. But you are already in Configure so no need for that command. So I have set it to beep to indicate that the function is not available here. I could get fancy with another dialog box or something if this is not enough or too many people stumble over this (you are first).

Thanks Mario.  The only reason I was trying to do more configuring was to alphabetize the list which you've already done in build 116.
