Constant & Fixed Origin For File Window Tip

As is, the positioning of the File Window Tip is with respect to the position of the thumbnail.  Would it be possible to dictate that regardless of where the mouse is parked over a thumbnail, the File Window Tip would always be on the same spot - taking up the right-half of the screen, for instance?

Yes, this would be helpful, I think.

This is basically a pimped Windows tooltip. Windows shows it "nearby" the mouse position, and hides it automatically when the mouse is moved a certain distance.
Showing it "elsewhere" may hide it immediately, at the smallest mouse move.

IMatch has so many way to permanently display information, from the Metadata Panel to the Category Dashboard...
